Alumni designs speak to the first generation of fans: the 2010 tour graphics, the lightning bolt, the classic skullette, and the catchphrases the ghouls made famous — Freaky Fab, Ghoulicious, Let the Ghoul Times Roll. They are officially licensed by Mattel.

Most designs come as a short-sleeve tee, and several also as a long sleeve. Some prints are offered in several fits and colors at once — men's, women's, youth and big-and-tall cuts — chosen on the design's own page.
