A doll arrived with a missing accessory, or a tee in the wrong size? Returns and replacements go through the store that sold the item.

1. Sign in where the order was placed and find it in your order history.
2. Pick the doll, set or tee and request a return or a replacement.
3. Print the label it gives you and drop the parcel where it says.

Return windows, refunds and warranty claims follow that store's policy and the manufacturer's warranty. If you are unsure which edition to exchange for, write to us — we are happy to help you pick.
