A collector's guide to Skullector and Creeproductions
Monster High has two kinds of fans: the ones who play and the ones who display. This guide is for the second kind.
Skullector
Skullector is Monster High's premium line for adult collectors. Each release reimagines a horror legend or pop culture icon in the ghouls' signature style — Elvira, Mistress of the Dark; Beetlejuice and Lydia; Buffy and Angel. Expect detailed fabrics, display packaging and accessories that reference the original film or show.
Boo-riginal Creeproductions
Creeproductions bring back first-wave dolls the way fans remember them: Dawn of the Dance Clawdeen and Cleo, Robecca Steam, Venus McFlytrap. They are restyled reproductions of the 2010s originals, made for collectors who missed them the first time or want a mint copy.
Seasonal and themed editions
Howliday editions dress the ghouls for winter, Reel Drama turns Clawdeen black-and-white like a classic monster movie, and the Día de Muertos Skelita Calaveras celebrates her heritage. These are released once and rarely restocked.
Collaborations
Monster High x Wednesday dresses Wednesday Addams, Enid Sinclair, Bianca Barclay and Morticia for Nevermore Academy; Monster High x Barbie puts Frankie Stein in Barbie's original swimsuit. Both lines sit between the two fandoms.
Keeping a collection
Store boxes away from sunlight, keep accessories bagged, and note which editions are limited. A collection tells the story of the brand — from the first wave to today's releases.
